David joined Morden College in 2011, after a career as a soldier spanning 34 years. David has been a Governor of Lancing College since 2015, and the Colonel and Chairman of the Light Dragoons’ Regimental Trust since 2013. David’s outside interests include skiing, amateur ornithology, gardening, trekking and music.

Kate joined Morden College in 2018 from Volunteering Matters where she was Finance Director. Kate is an experienced Chartered Accountant and has had a number of senior roles in the UK charity sector. After qualifying, her early career was in a non-departmental public body (NDPB) within the Home Office, and subsequent roles include Trusteeships for The Drinkaware Trust and Bethlem Gallery, and Head of Group Finance for the British Heart Foundation.

Ed Mileham BSc (Hons) MRICS is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with considerable experience in lease negotiations, town centre redevelopment and management. He heads up the Real Estate team at Morden College, having previously been a Director and London team leader at LCP Properties, and Director of Asset Management at Savills.

Richard’s formal training was in hospitality and he was appointed to unit level, regional and head office roles in the UK and overseas, working for Intercontinental Hotels, Queens Moat House Hotels and Hand Picked Hotels. His focus on Facilities Management saw Richard move into healthcare where he worked in a UK-wide role for a national provider until he joined Morden College in 2013.
Richard and his team are responsible for Hard and Soft FM and refurbishment programmes, and they support on procurement and contract management.

Debbie joined Morden College in 2021 from Guild Care where she was the Chief Operating Officer. Debbie spent her early career working in housing, obtaining her formal training and qualifications whilst working for a local authority. A former Registered Domiciliary Care Manager and Extra Care Project Manager, Debbie moved into a charity senior leadership position in 2008 where she managed residential, independent living and community services for older people, adults, and children with learning disabilities.
Debbie and her team are responsible for the health and wellbeing of College beneficiaries.

The Reverend Bill Warren is an Anglican Priest who, before coming to Morden College as Chaplain in 2018, served in parish ministry for 31 years in the Diocese of Southwark, in South London. In addition to his parish duties, he was involved in diocesan links with the Church in Zimbabwe; he has spent time as a school governor, has been chaplain of the Royal Star and Garter Home and visiting priest to the Royal Ballet School. His last parochial appointment was Vicar of the Benefice of South Croydon, where he was Area Dean of Croydon Central Deanery.

Jane is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and worked in public sector, education and care sector roles before joining Morden College in 2012.
