James joined Morden College in May 2025, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience across the sports and leisure industries, NHS hospitals, and private healthcare. His extensive background offers a strong commercial and hospitality perspective that adds real value to the organisation.

Originally from Leeds, James is a passionate Leeds United supporter, and attends matches regularly to support the mighty Whites. Outside of work, he’s a proud father of three – two sons and a daughter – who keep him on his toes around the clock. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, whether that’s walking, travelling, or simply creating memorable family moments.

James is excited to be part of the Senior Leadership Team at Morden College and looks forward to contributing to its continued success.
