Helen joined Morden College in August 2024 from The Royal British Legion, where she was the Director of Finance. Helen is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Deloitte, and has significant experience in senior roles in the charity sector, including at Shelter, Care International and the Refugee Council.

Helen is a trustee of Breaking Barriers, a charity supporting refugees to access education and meaningful employment in the UK, and a trustee of the Muswell Hill Chorus.
